Day 1
Arrival into Bari
Olive Groves & Masseria Welcome
Stay: Masseria Torre Coccaro, a fortified farmhouse turned luxury resort.
Experience: Guests wander olive groves, taste oils fresh from ancient presses, and learn the centuries-old tradition of truffle-hunting with dogs.
Dinner: At Masseria Il Frantoio, the group enjoys an abundant Apulian feast served in candlelit courtyards, accompanied by storytelling about the estate’s history.
Day 2
Valle d’Itria Heritage
Trulli & Castle Grandeur
Experience: Early access to Alberobello’s trulli village allows guests to explore its fairytale streets before crowds arrive. Local craftsmen open their homes exclusively to the group.
Lunch: At Masseria Maime, long communal tables are shaded by grapevines while guests enjoy rustic Pugliese dishes.
Evening: At Castello Monaci, a noble castle, a gala dinner is staged with costumed re-enactors and a private fireworks finale.
Day 3
Adriatic Grandeur
Yachts & Sea Cliffs
Activity: Private yacht flotilla cruises the limestone cliffs of Polignano a Mare.
Lunch: Grotta Palazzese cave restaurant (subject to buyout; alternative: masseria courtyard). Dining by candlelight inside the cavern, waves echoing in the background, is an unforgettable sensory climax.
Transfer: Sprinters return to Bari or Brindisi (~1h).
